Cancellation within 48hrs prior to embarkation, 100% cancellation fees apply

Cancellation from 48hrs to 24hrs prior to embarkation 50% of the total rate will apply as cancellation fee

Cancellation within 24hrs prior to embarkation, 100% cancellation fees apply

If booking is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, the following will be applied:

The charterer can be refunded 100%

The charterer can reschedule the trip, depending on yacht availability

The company has permission to change the itinerary depending on the weather conditions
